Meeting Minutes 3-4-10

Dear member, at the meeting last night we discussed a few new things.

Fly-in Food will be Bob with Tina's help, they need a grill and tables.
Jim will C.D. if Larry can't.

The vote to repeal the requirement for a Waymer pass failed 11 to 13, all FAPA members must maintain a Waymer pass.

Larry's condition was talked about. He still is in room 340 at Presbyterian but expects to be moved soon to rehab at Mercy Main. His cell is 727-808-9530 .

Indoor fly-in, Matt has obtained permission to have a fly-in in the gym of a middle school next to him, We need someone to be the monitor. It will cost $5 to fly and the monitor will be free. First fly-in scheduled for April 13th

There was a complaint about people starting engines under the shelter at Waymer, all persons are responsible for safety, if you see some one doing something against the WACAMA, County, AMA, or club rules ask them to stop.

Tina is selling fuel at a discount. Currently she does not have enough people wanting fuel for her to get a discount.

The next meeting will be held noon, April 3rd at Waymer.
